Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock replenishment and floor displays
- Contribute to sales targets through upselling, suggestive selling, and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and technology
- Visual merchandising or fashion styling knowledge a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid NY driver's license for occasional store transfers
