Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and attentive assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to enhance store aesthetics
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with receiving/shipping operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to loss prevention protocols and safety standards
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily cleaning routines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
