Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain store standards
- Assist in training new team members and fostering a collaborative environment
- Support loss prevention efforts and uphold store security policies
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid driver's license for potential store transfers
