Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory through cycle counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new associates on brand standards and store procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
