Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
- Participate in store events and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if driving required for store events)
