Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance
- Process shipments, organize stockroom, and ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including store security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
