Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage returns/exchanges
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold brand standards
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and local tourism
