Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to all clients with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for customers and staff.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
