Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure merchandise displays are well-merchandised.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends.
