- Process high-volume transactional records nightly (500-1000 entries)
- Generate daily productivity reports and exception logs
- Collaborate with day-team during handover procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes/hour typing speed
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with CRM/SAP systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
