Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tables, chairs, and promotional displays.
- Greet guests warmly and manage entrance lines to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving guest inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a high-energy, professional demeanor throughout the duration of the event.
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event schedules and manage crowd control.
- Collect feedback from attendees and report any operational issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-8 hours).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
