Responsibilities
- Greet attendees warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including venue arrangement, decoration, and logistics.
- Monitor event flow and address guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators and other staff to execute schedules efficiently.
- Collect feedback from attendees to help improve future events.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or event staffing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to various Houston venues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
