Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, crowd control, and venue setup/breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety protocols and brand standards
- Manage inventory and equipment for various event types (festivals, conferences, weddings)
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and maintain composure under pressure
- Assist with post-event evaluations and documentation of key metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration systems, PA equipment)
