Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest registration, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries in real-time
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols at all event venues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
- Operate technical equipment including AV systems and registration software
- Conduct thorough venue inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist in training new staff and enforcing company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and crowd management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Positive attitude with proven customer service excellence
