Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including ticketing, crowd control, and VIP assistance
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during live events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event coordination
- Maintain equipment inventory and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document event activities and provide post-event performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with event management software and mobile technology
