Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with venue staff and vendors to ensure flawless event execution
- Monitor crowd dynamics and implement safety protocols as needed
- Manage registration/check-in processes with attention to detail
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document event activities and submit post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Proficient in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Positive attitude with adaptability to changing event requirements
