Responsibilities
- Execute flawless event setup, breakdown, and guest management for 15+ monthly events
- Coordinate vendor logistics and ensure venue compliance with safety protocols
- Manage guest registration, seating, and VIP concierge services
- Resolve on-site issues with professionalism and creative problem-solving
- Train and mentor part-time staff during peak event seasons
- Collaborate with event producers to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Conduct post-event debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
- Proficient with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
