Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, guest registration, and crowd management
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for operational excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage inventory and equipment logistics during events
- Resolve guest inquiries and conflicts with professionalism
- Assist in post-event breakdown and site restoration
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30+ lbs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in crowd control techniques and de-escalation
