Responsibilities
- Execute event setups, breakdowns, and in-venue operations with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and attendee support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless event logistics
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols for all event types
- Handle VIP guest management and special request fulfillment
- Maintain venue cleanliness and brand standards throughout events
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse situations professionally
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue travel
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
