Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at festivals, conventions, and private events
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols in high-traffic venues
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for operational excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards
- Set up and break down event spaces including stages and equipment
- Troubleshoot on-site issues with calm professionalism
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of event safety and crowd management
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
