Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently while verifying inventory accuracy
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate products using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and merchandising equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Reliable early-morning availability (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
