Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening preparation
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts, Monday through Friday
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory counts
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
