Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage cash handling, returns, and exchanges following company protocols
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and sales floor presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
