Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and accountability.
- Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
