Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide outstanding service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with 100% accuracy and accountability.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and ensure store displays are organized and appealing.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and a high attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
