- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Provide outstanding service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage checkout lanes with speed and precision to minimize wait times
- Maintain organized and clean checkout areas, restocking supplies as needed
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising duties
- Operate scanning equipment, payment terminals, and self-checkout stations
- Uphold loss prevention protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
