Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and store layout
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and surrounding spaces
- Operate scanners, scales, and other point-of-sale equipment
- Handle returns and exchanges per company policy
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Basic math skills and cash handling accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
