- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 99%+ accuracy
- Provide outstanding service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while balancing daily cash drawers
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation
- Operate scanners, scales, and other retail equipment with precision
- Support team members during peak hours and maintain organized checkout areas
- Adhere to security protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
