Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy in cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Operate scanning equipment and process returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid work authorization in the United States
