Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage cash handling, returns, and exchanges per company policies
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and store merchandising as needed
- Uphold safety standards and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability for flexible shifts
