Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments accurately
- Stock and organize checkout areas with promotional materials
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Operate bagging equipment and assist customers with carryout
- Adhere to all cash handling and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
