Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain a spotless, organized workspace and equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to create positive customer experiences
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Train new hires on brewing techniques and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
