Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and creating memorable interactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation knowledge
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to continually expand expertise
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
