Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, seating areas, and service stations
- Process orders efficiently using POS systems while handling cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards and company protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience required
- Proficiency in espresso machines and brewing techniques (pour-over, French press)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning about industry trends
