Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness including equipment, seating areas, and service stations
- Manage inventory control, restocking, and quality assurance of coffee and supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Advanced latte art skills and precise espresso extraction techniques
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service environments
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler Certification preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days
