Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage POS transactions efficiently while upselling premium products and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Source and rotate high-quality ingredients while adhering to food safety standards
- Contribute to innovative menu development and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Food Handler Certification and ServSafe knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual presentation standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic inventory management and cash handling experience
