Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and peak efficiency
- Upsell products and educate customers on our unique coffee offerings
- Assist with inventory management and quality control of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bean origins
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
