Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the barista station
- Train new hires on beverage recipes and operational standards
- Manage inventory and assist with weekly supplier orders
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience required
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles

- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
