Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and equipment
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours
- Participate in regular product training and seasonal menu launches
- Support inventory management and stock rotation of coffee and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating positive customer interactions
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
