Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking accurate orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout shifts
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting fellow staff members
- Assist with inventory management and basic cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and orders
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
