Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive and process incoming inventory with proper documentation and quality checks
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory reconciliations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
- Excellent teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
