Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store presentation through restocking, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited high school, college, or university program
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service attitude
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to/from scheduled shifts
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
