Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and proprietary knowledge base
- Process transactions and orders with 100% accuracy while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Document interactions in Salesforce and update customer profiles in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to refine communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends available)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Chicago residency required for in-office support rotations (2 days/month)
- Spanish bilingual certification a significant advantage
