Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and appealing.
- Maintain inventory levels by checking stock and restocking items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in the unloading and organization of deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
