Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ticket scanning, and information assistance
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout events
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and poise
- Assist with crowd control and traffic flow management as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Wichita
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing situations
