Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive hospitality and problem-solving
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Manage crowd control and maintain safety protocols at high-traffic venues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless event execution
- Handle ticketing, registration, and attendee inquiries with professionalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event environments
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with flexible scheduling
