Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, crowd control, and venue setup/breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service with proactive problem-solving for diverse attendee needs
- Coordinate with vendors and team leads to maintain event timelines and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and equipment handling for audiovisual, decor, and interactive installations
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions while maintaining professional appearance
- Document post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation to event venues
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols (CPR/First Aid certification a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
