Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control during events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure flawless execution of event timelines
- Adapt to diverse event types from corporate galas to music festivals
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event management software preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination required for indoor events
