Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage venue setup/breakdown and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Direct attendees, answer inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism
- Operate ticketing systems and manage VIP guest experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute flawless events
- Monitor crowd dynamics and report security concerns to supervisors
- Maintain event spaces and equipment throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
- Must pass mandatory background screening
