Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at high-traffic event entrances
- Provide VIP concierge services including seating assistance and venue navigation
- Execute emergency response protocols for crowd control and safety incidents
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless event operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages and VIP areas
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining positive guest interactions
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and crowd management
- Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure
